Narrative Bio
Dr. Shin completed her undergraduate and first masters in bioengineering and biology from Stanford University. She obtained her second master’s in medical sciences from Boston University. Her research has been extensive in various institutions including 3D bioprinting of myocardium tissue, novel therapeutic targets for vascular research and won a summer research fellowship grant. She also was heavily involved in multiple free clinics and women’s shelters.
