Narrative Bio
Dr. Shin is a Korean Canadian with a Bachelor of Science with Honors in bioengineering and Master of Science in biology, both from Stanford University. She worked in biotechnology prior to receiving her second Master of Science from Boston University. Through obtaining multiple research fellowship grants, she pursued multiple innovative research projects in molecular biology, material science, and regenerative medicine. In her free time, she goes on adventures with her Cardigan Welsh Corgi to dog parks and trails. She was a concert pianist in the past.
