Narrative Bio

Dr. Castellucci is a medical graduate of the Sapienza University of Rome and a Child Neurology resident at the Children's Hospital of Michigan.
Previously, he attained a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from the University of Baltimore, where he collaborated with CDC and MDH on the Maryland Tobacco Control and Prevention program.
While in Baltimore, he worked in the Neurobehavioral Unit at Kennedy Krieger Institute with individuals diagnosed with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities who exhibit problem behaviors.
He was also the program coordinator of the Roper Victim Assistance Academy of Maryland (V-STEP), trauma-responsive training to improve recovery in victims of domestic, sexual, and child abuse.

He contributed to EMRA publications and reviewed for the journal Cell and CNS & Neurological Disorders - Drug Targets.

In 2023, he presented two posters at the American Academy of Neurology annual meeting in Boston.

Dr. Castellucci is also a NeuroPed Italy associate and has spoken at the 12th Italian Pediatric Conference "Riviera di Ulisse Orizzonti in Pediatria,” organized by SIP (the Italian Academy of Pediatrics) on autism spectrum disorder.

He is one of the leaders of PEACH (Pediatricians Educating and Advocating for Community Health). This organization offers families guidance for their kids to be school ready, healthy, and safe.
