Narrative bio
Dr. Yuan graduated from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Virginia in May 2025. Originally a ninth grade biology teacher, she has a passion for integrating teaching and learning. She bakes a crowd-pleasing apple pie, plays the flute in a community orchestra and enjoys hiking. She has done research in cell migration patterns using immuno-histochemical staining in various stem cell markers in spinal cord injury and sham blast injuries in rodents.
