Taofik Nasrat, MD is an Assistant Professor (Clinical) with the Department of Neurology here at Wayne State University, School of Medicine. Dr. Nasrat completed his neurology Residency here at Wayne State University and a Neurohospitalist Fellowship with Wayne State University. He received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degrees from the Tripoli University School of Medicine, Tripoli, Libya. He then completed a Master of Science degree in Pharmacology & Toxicology at the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University in Ohio.
Dr. Nasrat's research interest include Neuroimmunology, Neuromuscular and Motor Neuron diseases. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
