Effects of rasagiline (Azilect ) on tissue injury in patients with Parkinsons Diease.

Purpose
 
The goal of this study is to examine the effect of rasagiline treatment on brain tissue injury in Parkinsons disease by performing brain MRI scans. By using new and more advanced brain MRI techniques, we will examine those parts of the brain that are typically affected by Parkinsons disease. During the course of this study we will also examine how treatment with rasagiline affects the health of those parts of the brain that are often injured in Parkinsons disease.

Cervical Dystonia Study Evaluating The Safety and Efficacy of incobotulinumtoxinA (Xeomin) injections at two different time points (Short Flex vs. Long Flex)

Purpose
 
The goal of this study is to compare incobotulinumtoxinA (Xeomin) given every 6-10 weeks (Short Flex dosing) to the standard interval dosing of 12-16 weeks (Long Flex dosing), to determine if more frequent dosing is more effective in treating cervical dystonia and to assess any possible side effects.
