Jeong-Won Jeong, Ph.D., is an MRI physicist and biomedical imaging researcher in the Translational Imaging Center at Children's Hospital of Michigan. Dr. Jeong's research and clinical interests include functional and structural imaging biomarkers for the diagnosis of Autisms, Sturge Weber Syndrome, Epilepsy, and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Interests

Development of functional and structural neuroimaging techniques using functional MRI (fMRI), resting state fMRI, and diffusion weighted MRI (DW-MRI) tractography in children with Autisms, Sturge-Weber Syndrome, Epilepsy, and Borderline Personality Disorder. 

Advanced brain network analyses to quantify the development of brain functionality in children with Sturge-Weber Syndrome.
 
Presurgical planning computer algorithms to determine whether the seizure focus affects functionally important neural pathways in children with focal epilepsy.
